After spending years cutting his teeth at Kolter, his brother’s real estate development company, Marc Julien decided to step out on his own. “Our company is unique among custom builders because we develop our own real estate. We can source and facilitate the acquisition of the land, assemble your design team from architecture to landscape and interior design.
